Processing & Handling
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping & Import Duties
- We currently ship worldwide.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other taxes applied to their order.
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival. We do not cover these charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages
